Location coordinates are optional and requested only after you tap “Use my current location.” The optional site-progress feature saves visited pages and opened portfolio projects in local storage on your own device.
When you send the booking form, the studio receives the information you choose to provide—such as your name, reply details, dates, venue, optional coordinates, and project information—to evaluate, quote, schedule, deliver, and support the project.
The site may store visited pages, opened portfolio projects, a return-visit count, and the last visit date in your browser’s local storage. That data stays on the device unless your browser or hosting environment independently handles it. Clear this website’s browser data to reset it.
Information you send may be used to communicate, prepare estimates and agreements, manage production, invoice, license and deliver work, maintain business records, protect legal rights, and comply with applicable obligations.
Resend securely delivers booking submissions from this website to Rio’s email inbox. Email, invoicing, payment, file delivery, and website-hosting providers may also process information as needed for their services. RioViisuals does not sell personal information in project inquiries.
Business records are kept only as reasonably needed for project, accounting, legal, archival, and relationship purposes. No online system is perfectly secure, so do not send sensitive identity, health, financial, or confidential information through a first-contact inquiry.
You can browse without completing the booking builder, decline location permission, remove a geotag before sending, clear local storage, and request correction or deletion of eligible contact information. Some records may need to remain for legal, contractual, or accounting reasons.
Whether commissioned work may appear in the RioViisuals portfolio is addressed in the signed project agreement and any applicable releases. Confidentiality or embargo needs should be raised before booking.
This business site is not directed to children. A parent or legal guardian should handle inquiries involving minors. This notice may be updated as the site or studio practices change; the review date above will change with it.
