Starting prices.
The final estimate depends on coverage time, planning, deliverables, location, travel, crew, turnaround, and how the images will be used. I confirm the full price in writing before booking.

The form asks about dates, location, deliverables, budget, image use, access, and timing. If you do not know an answer, choose “Not sure yet.” The inquiry is sent directly to my RioViisuals inbox through Resend without taking you away from this website.

Choose the option closest to your project. It does not have to be exact; this simply gives me the right starting point.

When live scheduling is connected, Square will show available services, dates, times, and secure payment options. I will still review the project details and communicate with you directly.

What to expect after you inquire.

I review the inquiry. I check availability, location, logistics, image usage, and any details that still need an answer.

I send the project information in writing. The estimate explains the work, deliverables, schedule, image license, agreement, and payment steps.
- 03
The date is reserved after booking is complete. A signed agreement and 50% retainer make the booking official. The remaining balance is due 10 days before production unless the signed agreement says otherwise.
